Buying a licence is governed by the School Licence Agreement & Data Processing Agreement, not our consumer terms. You'll be asked to accept it at checkout.

Student privacy comes first. Staff never see an individual student's conversations, emotions or learning style choices. Choosing a support is close to disclosing a disability, so it stays with the student.
What happens after you pay. Send us your student list and we'll assign the seats. Each student needs their own Affectly account first. We never create accounts on their behalf, because every account holder agrees to our terms themselves.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which currency are these prices in?
Prices are in Australian dollars. GST is not charged. If you subscribe inside the iPhone app you pay through the App Store instead, in your own currency, and the price you see there is the one Apple charges.
How does buying for a whole school work?
Email us and we'll agree the tier that matches your student numbers, then invoice your school against a purchase order: no card, no per teacher sign ups. We set your students up with full Premium for the year. Staff never see an individual student's activity.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have Premium access until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
You'll have a 30 day grace period after your subscription ends. During this time, you can still see your data but can't access premium features. After 30 days, premium only data (courses, flashcards) will be removed.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes! You can switch plans at any time through your subscription settings. When switching to annual, you'll get prorated credit for your remaining monthly subscription.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your card details.
